SoundVerse Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for SoundVerse Studios' services is due as follows:

• A deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled session, except in cases of force majeure.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% per month.
• SoundVerse Studios reserves the right to withhold the final product (e.g., master files) until full payment is received.
• Any additional work requested beyond the original scope of the project will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.

3. Intellectual Property

SoundVerse Studios retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in any recordings, mixes, masters, or other materials created by us unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. However, you retain ownership of the underlying music, lyrics, and other original content that you provide to us.

Upon full payment for our services, you will receive a license to use the final product for commercial or non-commercial purposes, as specified in our agreement. This license does not grant you the right to sell, lease, or sublicense the intellectual property owned by SoundVerse Studios.

SoundVerse Studios reserves the right to use excerpts of your project for promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing. We respect your artistic vision and will always seek your consent before using your material in a way that could be perceived as compromising your work.

Any unauthorized use of SoundVerse Studios' intellectual property may result in legal action.

You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize SoundVerse Studios to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Content to enable inclusion and use of the User Content in the manner contemplated by the service and these Terms.

4. Liability

SoundVerse Studios is not liable for any loss of data, equipment damage, or other damages arising from your use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for any delays or failures in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or equipment malfunctions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your session or provide a refund for any unused services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your project complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright laws. SoundVerse Studios is not liable for any legal issues arising from your use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoundVerse Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

5. Termination

SoundVerse Studios may terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms and conditions. You may also terminate your use of our services at any time by providing us with written notice.

Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying any outstanding balances owed to SoundVerse Studios. We will return any materials you provided to us, subject to our intellectual property rights.

Sections 3 (Intellectual Property) and 4 (Liability) of these terms and conditions will survive termination.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

SoundVerse Studios reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
